Jiangsu Lianfang Steel Structure Engineering Co., Ltd.
Is located in Xuzhou, Jiangsu, a historical and cultural city and the birthplace of Han culture. The company was established in October 1999 and now has a registered capital of 51 million yuan and covers an area of (76,000 square meters). It has the first-class qualification for professional steel structure contracting, the first-class qualification for special steel structure design, and the second-class qualification for general contracting of construction engineering. It is the largest and most powerful production and export base for building grids, steel structures and pipe trusses in China. The company can produce 60,000 tons of steel structures, pipe trusses and grid products annually, undertake 200 projects annually, and the output value exceeds 1.5 billion yuan.
Jiangsu Lianfang Steel Structure Engineering Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive steel structure company integrating processing design, installation and technical services of grids, steel structures, pipe trusses and spherical grids. It currently has more than 800 employees, including nearly 50 middle and senior technical personnel. Our company focuses on the development of technology and talents. We have a group of outstanding structural designers, equipped with advanced design software, and often organize relevant personnel to participate in design training in colleges and universities, fully guaranteeing the requirements of drawing design. We now have a standard factory building [48,000 square meters] and advanced production equipment, which provides a strong guarantee for the production of steel structure products. The company also has a well-equipped and experienced installation team, dedicated to providing users from all walks of life with consulting, planning, design, manufacturing, installation of space structure buildings or one-stop services.
At present, the company has implemented a series of management systems since 2001, and has obtained ISO9001:2008 quality management system certification, ISO14001:2004 environmental management system certification, OHSAS18001:2007 occupational health and safety management system certification. Large-Span Steel Grid Shell for a Transit Station

This project features a large-span decorative steel grid shell for a major transit station in Suzhou. Covering approximately 18,792 m² of developed grid shell area, the structure reaches 20.97 m in height and extends 229.37 m in length.

The single-layer grid shell uses a hub-node connection system and spherical hinged supports, with a maximum cantilever length of 16 m. The structure is supported by perimeter foundations and intermediate steel columns, while the roof is finished with a transparent double-layer ETFE cushion membrane system.

Designed for a 50-year service life, the project demonstrates the application of large-span steel structures in complex transportation facilities.
Large-Span Tubular Truss for an Educational Complex

This project is part of a large educational complex comprising teaching buildings, an integrated building, an arts center, and an auditorium.

The auditorium and arts center feature large-span tubular truss structures with spans reaching 43.93 m. The considerable structural height and large spans required careful planning for steel erection, lifting, welding, and on-site installation.

The project demonstrates the application of large-span tubular truss systems in large public buildings, with a focus on structural stability, installation accuracy, and construction safety.

Steel Transfer Tower and Long-Span Conveyor Bridges

Design Service Life: 50 Years

This project features a steel-framed transfer tower and multiple long-span steel conveyor bridges for a large-scale grain storage and handling facility in Nantong, Jiangsu.

The transfer tower adopts a steel frame structure, while the conveyor system includes three bridges with spans exceeding 36 m. The maximum truss span reaches 43.75 m, with other major spans of 36.63 m and 36.53 m.

The project demonstrates the use of steel structures in large-scale grain logistics facilities, where long-span design, structural alignment, connection quality, and safe erection are critical to the overall installation.
